These terms govern downloading and using the HammerFlowAI free MSP automation blueprints.

HammerFlowAI Free Blueprint License Terms

1. Blueprint License: Downloaded HammerFlowAI blueprints are provided for the recipient's internal business operations. You may configure and modify the workflows for your own MSP operations. You may not resell, sublicense, repackage, or publicly redistribute the blueprint package as another commercial product.
2. "As-Is" Provision: Workflows are provided as reusable automation templates on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. They are not guaranteed to function out-of-the-box in every environment without custom field mapping and testing.
3. Customer Configuration: The recipient is solely responsible for configuring workflow credentials, system mappings, thresholds, schedules, and business rules if deploying independently.
4. Credential Security: Blueprints do not contain production credentials. Users must store passwords, API keys, and secret tokens using secure n8n credential management functionality under least-privilege principles.
5. Mandatory Testing Requirement: Recipients must validate each workflow using test records or sandbox environments prior to production activation.
6. Human Review Requirement: Blueprints are designed to support operational decision-making. Findings, recommendations, routing suggestions, and gap reports must be reviewed by an authorized human operator before taking actions with material operational, financial, or security impact.
7. Third-Party Services: Implementation depends on third-party software, including n8n, PSA systems, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Teams. The customer is responsible for maintaining required accounts, subscriptions, and API permissions.
8. Data Responsibility: The recipient remains solely responsible for determining what business or client information is processed through the workflow and ensuring compliance with applicable data privacy regulations.
9. No Automatic Compliance: Utilizing a HammerFlowAI blueprint does not in itself establish compliance with SOC 2, HIPAA, CMMC, ISO 27001, GDPR, or the India DPDP Act 2023.
10. No Guaranteed Financial Outcomes: HammerFlowAI does not guarantee specific financial savings, SLA breach reductions, productivity gains, or customer retention outcomes.
11. Support Boundaries: Downloading free blueprints does not include technical support, custom mapping, or monitoring unless purchased through an Implementation Sprint or Monthly Retainer.
12. Commercial Implementation Offer: Promotional "2 Free Implementations" are available exclusively as part of the paid Quick-Win Implementation Sprint ($1,497 package for all 5 blueprints). HammerFlowAI reserves the right to amend or discontinue promotional bundling at any time.
